We invite all currently enrolled or recently graduated university students from a broad spectrum of disciplines, including but not limited to basic sciences, clinical research, engineering, humanities, social sciences, and business. If you are actively engaged in research and looking to showcase your work, share insights, and connect with like-minded peers, this is the perfect platform for you.

We have an early application deadline ad a regular application deadline. The early application is due June 15th, 2024, and the regular application is due July 15th, 2024.

The early application decision will come out mid July, and the regular application decision will come out mid August.

The application fee will cover breakfast and lunch for 2 days, dinner for Gala night, logistic booklets, and venue booking.
