We invite all currently enrolled or recently graduated university students from a broad spectrum of disciplines, including but not limited to basic sciences, clinical research, engineering, humanities, social sciences, and business. If you are actively engaged in research and looking to showcase your work, share insights, and connect with like-minded peers, this is the perfect platform for you.

We have an early application deadline and a regular application deadline. The early application will most likely be due in late June/early July, and the regular application will most likely be due in late July/early August.

The early application decision will come out by the end of July, and the regular application decision will come out by the end of August.

The application fee will cover breakfast and lunch for 2 days, dinner for Gala night, logistic booklets, and venue booking.
